A computer desk for a client who needed something to fit in a specific space, and make the best use of that space as possible. We worked out this design between us - the desktop is narrow, hence the stowable keyboard tray; and the centre gap in the cabinet portion will house the computer, with holes for cable routing. The back of the desk will face outward, hence the extra shelf component to give more storage space.
The client specifically wanted elm... and luckily had some elm since it is not always easy to find. But not quite enough elm to make the whole thing from, so rather mismatch woods, opted for this painted finish for the cabinet.
